At SMARTERSipTV, we ensure that your order is delivered promptly and securely to any location in the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al-Quwain, Al Ain, and all cities within the Emirates.

Delivery Timings

We offer flexible delivery times to suit your needs:

• Daily Delivery Hours: 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM
• Friday Delivery Hours: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Same-Day Delivery

• Place your order before 12:00 PM and enjoy Same-Day Delivery at no extra charge.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
• Express Delivery Option: If you need your order on the same day but missed the 12:00 PM deadline, choose our Express Delivery Service for just an additional 60 AED. We'll deliver your order within 4 hours!

Delivery Charges

• Standard Delivery Fee: 30 AED for orders below 300 AED.
• Free Delivery: Orders above 300 AED enjoy FREE DELIVERY.
• For all other Emirates (outside Dubai), we use a reliable courier service to deliver your order within 48 hours. Delivery in these regions is charged a flat rate of 30 AED.

Delivery Confirmation

To ensure smooth delivery:

• Our driver will contact you via WhatsApp or phone to confirm your location and ensure accurate delivery.
• For UAE-wide deliveries, we will contact you to schedule a convenient time for delivery, so please ensure your contact details and address are correct during checkout.

Important Notes:

• Express Delivery is available for orders placed after 12:00 PM for an additional 60 AED.
• For Abu Dhabi and other Emirates, our courier partners aim to deliver within 48 hours (no deliveries on Fridays).
• For a smooth and efficient delivery experience, please ensure your contact details and delivery address are accurate.
